Bio: Gregg Nicklas is co-founder and President of Christian Heritage Children’s Homes, a non-profit, faith-based ministry in Nebraska dedicated to serving abused, neglected, abandoned and adjudicated children and youth. Christian Heritage operates residential group homes, emergency and agency based foster care and independent living services for over 150 children in six communities.
Gregg is a native Nebraskan, who serves on the Board of Education of Lincoln Christian School, is an active member of Lincoln Berean Church and member of Lincoln Independent Business Association and Lincoln Rotary Club #14.
Gregg and his wife Lisa have five children, four grand-children and enjoy traveling together in their recreational vehicle.

Nominating Comm., Chair: Summit Planning, Pertinent Issues
Bio: Kay began her career in child welfare as a foster parent for babies, birthmothers, primary age children and teens. Early on, Kay became an advocate not only for the children in her immediate care, but for several children caught in the foster care system. Kay served in several capacities where lobbying was her primary responsibility and she was the author and lobbyist for many child welfare laws in Arizona. Kay served as the Chair for the Western Region of the Child Welfare League of America and is one of the founding members of NACCFA. She has served on many local and national advisory committees. She and her husband, Chuck, have seven children and eight grandchildren.

Bio: Ken began working in the field of human services in 1971 when he served as a house director and staff supervisor in to residential treatment centers for emotionally disturbed children in the Chicago area. In 1976 Ken became a caseworker at the Evangelical Child and Family Agency. Over the years, he has worked in the areas of adoption, foster care, individual and family counseling, and alcohol and drug abuse treatment. Ken's educational and professional background includes a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers. He is also a State of Illinois Certified Addictions Counselor. He became the Executive Director of ECFA in 1991. Ken and his wife, Claire, have two daughters, Beth and Stephanie, and his family attends Lombard Gospel Chapel in Lonbard, Illinois.

Membership Resources, Chair Strategic Planning
Bio: Nancy Park Hungerford is the Executive Director of the Natchez Children's Home, a residential group home for abused, neglected and at-risk children founded in 1816. She affiliated with the Natchez Children's
Home in l983.
Nancy is a native of South Carolina, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Furman University. She is a member of
the Mississippi Association of Child Care Agencies and the Mississippi Center for Nonprofits Advisory Board. She is the president of the Adams County Coalition for Children and Youth.
She is active in civic and community affairs and is currently the president of the Natchez Rotary Club. She
is also active in the Natchez Garden Club, New Covenant Presbyterian Church, and sits on the board of Natchez Community Hospital.
